Purpose
This information is used only to reply to your message and, for the franchise form, to consider your opening project. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Retention
Information sent to us is kept for 24 months, then deleted.

Processors
Messages sent through the forms reach us by email via Resend, which acts as a processor for their delivery.
To protect them from automated submissions, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks when a form is sent that the message comes from a person, using technical information about the browser.

Your requests
You may ask to access the information concerning you, to have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Send your request through the contact form and we will reply as promptly as we can.
